suicide on 2/27/92.

   This was issued by an arm of the U.S. Government, and is available at
thousands of libraries across the country through the U.S. GOVERNEMENT
DOCUMENTS DEPOSITORY PROGRAM.  If you cannot find it at your local library,
then ask your librarian for the name of the nearest Gov Docs Depository Library
(also found at Libraries which are part of Law schools, Land grant colleges,
and in typically in the county seats of most larger sized counties).

report as possbile, since they have the ability to reach out and help those
who are in need of help.
