12 Year Sentence demanded in Gay Murder Case
AMSTERDAM Last week a 12 year jail sentence was demanded in an Amsterdam court
against three men suspected of having robbed and murdered a gay man in Huizen,
a small town some 30 km east of Amsterdam. The victim had taken the three
suspects, two of them illegal immigrants, one of them a Mauretanian living in
France, into his home. After it was suggested they have sex together one of
the suspects, who was in a homosexual relationship with the victim claims to
have left the house while the other two men stayed behind with their victim.
Sometime that evening they must have gagged and killed the 63-year old man
whose body was discovered the next morning in his bedroom.
