HOW/WCF Mission Statement:
Washington Citizens for Fairness/Hands Off Washington is an organization
established to defeat statewide political efforts which limit or deny the
civil rights of any resident of Washington.  Our immediate goal is to defeat
threats to civil rights based on anyone's actual or perceived sexual
orientation.  

HOW/WCF Goals:
Our goals are to educate and act against prejudice and discrimination.  To
form a coalition to fight attacks on the civil rights of targeted groups,
whether lesbian, gay men, bisexual, or any other people.  To anticipate our
opponents, to reach out to diverse communities, to take action and be a voice
united, and to be a vehicle through which others may express their support
and take action.
