EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Lesbian Resource Center (LRC) seeks an Executive Director with
leadership, administrative and fundraising skills.  Position is
responsible for the overall management, including budget, personnel,
fundraising, programs, and public relations.  Work closely with board,
staff and volunteers.  Must be committed to advancing the status of
lesbians through anti-oppression work, empowerment, visibility, and
social change.  Experience in non-profit management and fundraising
