We present our very first issue of BEYOND THE EDGE CAFE FETISH GAZETTE - an occasional newsletter about fetish activities at Beyond the Edge Cafe. We'll be making copies of this newsletter available to our fetish-oriented friends and we will be sending a version out in e-mail to interested individuals. We have two very exciting announcements! NEW! Starting April 18 Saturday Fetish Dinners at Beyond the Edge Cafe 6:00pm to 9:30pm Starting April 18 Beyond the Edge Cafe will be presenting Fetish Dinners, every Saturday, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Come and enjoy each week's specially selected menu of appetizers and entrees carefully prepared and presented by Chef Ralph. Fetish or formal attire is encouraged. There will be limited seating from 6:00 to 8:30. Reservations are preferred but not required - the sofas may be occupied by those waiting for a table. We will be seating on the quarter hour to ensure high quality service. There will be limited reservations-only seating for couples and small groups downstairs in our Main Dungeon room during our Saturday Fetish Dinner. Reservations are required for these tables. There will be a 20 percent surcharge (does not include gratuity). Patrons downstairs may relax at their tables until the Fetish Dinner period closes at 9:30pm. We aim to make your Fetish Dinner an elegant dining experience in intimate surroundings with the best of service - in a decidedly kinky setting. Great News! On April 18 SATURDAY FETISH NIGHT at Beyond the Edge Cafe is EXPANDING! Beginning April 18, the downstairs play area at Saturday Fetish Night at Beyond the Edge Cafe will be more than doubling! In addition to the Main Dungeon, which will open at 10:00pm, the Dungeon Annex will open at 11:00pm. The cost of admission to Saturday Fetish Night will increase to $8. This increase - and your continued patronage of our fine selection of foods, beverages and desserts - will contribute much toward our efforts to continually improve the cafe facilities and our customer service. We are sincerely thankful for our many wonderful fetish-oriented friends and supporters of Beyond the Edge Cafe, for the regular and continually new patrons of Saturday Fetish Night and for all the support we have been receiving for our efforts here at the cafe - it has all been deeply appreciated. Beyond the Edge Cafe is growing and it is because of all of you. As before, Saturday Fetish Night at Beyond the Edge Cafe starts at 10:00pm and goes until 3:00am. Play areas are available downstairs. Guests must sign a release form and agree to follow the play party rules, which include guidelines for respecting others, playing safely, and cooperating with the dungeon monitors. Featured Artists: Erica Lauren Butler and Helena R. Martens Artists Reception, Sunday, May 3, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM Erica Lauren Butler uses a variety of media to produce the vivid erotic and fantastic art gracing the walls this month at Beyond the Edge Cafe. She has recently finished a mural of Goddesses in the restroom. This is a companion piece to the Erotic Fantasy mural in the other restroom. Erica was educated at Vincennes University with a full art scholarship. She worked in New York City as a staff designer for A to Z applique. She designed and completed storyboards and layouts for the CD-ROM Game "Castle Infinity for StarWave, illustrated "Zaki's First Fast" for Amica Publications and is currently writing and illustrating her first graphic novel, titled "Earthmage Chronicles." Helena R. Martens says about her art: "I am a self taught, spiritually motivated fantasy illustrator. My imagery flows invariably from the infinite wellsprings of the divine feminine.
