IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN VIRGINIA

An open discussion on non-discrimination policies and equal employee
benefits.  All gay and straight state employees are welcome.  Please
plan to stay for the Symposium on "GAYS, LESBIANS AND THE MEANING OF
FAMILY" sponsored by the Institute for the Bill of Rights Law to be
held from 6-9 that evening.  The principal speaker for the Symposium
is Barney Frank, openly gay United States congressman.
