Dear Flint Hills Alliance Friends,

Don't forget about this Thursday's meeting at 7:30 pm, May 5 AT DEB TAYLOR'S
(Chase Manhattan Apartments, Corner of College & Claflin, follow the
Leasing Office signs-Deb lives in the office).

We will watch three very good segments from the Network Q videotape.

The first segment is "Lesbians, Breast Cancer, and the Genesis Center."
It discusses how more and more lesbians are at risk for breast cancer, and
what is being done about this in both the queer and straight communities.

The second segment is "Recognizing Our Own," which takes a look at gay and
lesbian public officials around the country.  Hear their messages of speaking
out despite the fact that 1988-1993 saw a 172% increase in gay bashing.
This segment is moving and inspiring.

The final segment is a look at queer comedians around the country.  It's
pretty funny.

The first 14 people at Deb's on Thursday will receive a free Network Q
t-shirt.
