	ELEVEN STATES FILE BRIEFS IN HAWAII
	   AGAINST SAME-GENDER MARRIAGE

	Eleven states filed Friend of the Court briefs
with the Hawaii Supreme Court, urging the Hawaii Supreme
Court to overturn Judge Chang's Dec. 3 ruling in Baehr
v. Miike.  At taxpayers expense, naturally.

	I leave it up to you to complain to high heaven
in your respective states.  In the meantime, spend some
money opposing them.  Your donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE,

	As of 1949, all but one of these 11 states had laws
banning inter-racial marriage.  [You can learn the exception
from a footnote in the Baehr v. Lewin (now Miike) decision
of 1993.]
