according to the most recent issue of Metroline, openly gay Hartford city
councilor Art Feltman has received the Republican endorsement in his campaign
to replace retiring state representative Fonfara, guaranteeing his victory in
November.  Feltman, currently the state's only openly gay elected politician,
will become the second openly gay state legislator after Joseph Grabarz, who
