Subject: Women's Contingent for Free Mumia March and Rally

Mumia Abu-Jamal is a political prisoner on death row who was framed in a
racist trail in Philadelphia.  There is an international effort to free
him.

On Dec. 6, 1997 in San Francisco there will be a Mass March and Rally in
support of Mumia Abu-Jamal and to end the death penalty and stop police
brutality.

The main march will assemble at 11:30am at the Panhandle (Oak and Baker)
and march to:
the rally at 1:30 pm at U.N. Plaza - Market and 7th.

There will be lots of interesting speakers and great entertainment.

There will also be a WOMEN'S CONTINGENT which will gather at 11:30am at
Broderick and Fell. Bring noisemakers, drums, signs, etc.
