I just heard on the radio that a San Diego judge has ruled in favor of
Chuck Merino, the police officer from El Cajon, CA, who was dismissed from
the Boy Scouts as an Explorer Post Leader after they learned that he was
gay.  Merino filed a civil suit seeking reinstatement.  I'll forward more
details as they become available.
