CA Domestic Partners Bill
AB 2810

Assembly Judiciary Committee members.

  I have received a letter from Richard Katz, 
Assemblyman,39th District,stating that opposition to AB 
2810, establishing a domestic partners registry, is 
strong and organized.
  AB 2810 by allowing partners to visit each other in 
the hospital, allowing them to make decisions for each 
other when one is incapacitated, and making it easier 
for partners to will each other property will give all 
families the right to care for each other in times of 
crisis and need.
  Assemblyman Katz asks that all who support this issue 
write letters and make calls to their legislators and to 
the members of the Assembly Judiciary Committee BEFORE 
MARCH 31, 1994.
