have questions on voting by mail or polling place locations please call the
Phoenix City Clerk at 262-6837 (voice) or 534-2737 (TDD).

COUNCIL DISTRICT 1 - David Siebert

David Seibert is a moderate minded candidate for council.  He is currently a
business representative for a plumbers and pipe-fitters union.  Seibert is
opposed to discrimination of any kind including on the basis of sexual
orientation.

COUNCIL DISTRICT 7 - Salomon Leija

Councilperson Salomon Leija is a passionate supporter of lesbian and gay
equal rights. Leija supports including sexual orientation in Phoenix's
current anti-discrimination ordinance.  Leija also supports increased efforts
by the Phoenix police to identify and arrest perpetrators of hate crimes.
