I'm offering a few books for those who want more detailed references. "Gay/Lesbian Liberation: A Biblical Persepective" by George R. Edwards - 1884 This summarizes pro-gay positions by various theologians and biblical scholars, with lots of footnotes and academic detail. "Living In Sin: A Bishop Rethinks Human Sexuality" by John Shelby Spong - 1991 This re-examines homosexuality and sexuality ingeneral, in a more popular style. About a third of the book covers academic issues. "Is the Homosexual My Neighbor?: Another Christian View" by Letha Scanzoni & Virginia Ramey Mollenkott - 1978 This is a shorter "primer" on pro-gay theology from a biblical evangelical christian view. -- Albert Lunde | Interfaith | *Y*Y* "A branch on the Albert-Lunde@nwu.edu | Bisexual | *Y* tree of life" alunde@nuacvm.bitnet | Feminist |.......|.........................
