Well, they did it !
Santa Clara BSA has secretly agreed not to kick gays out of the BSA in return
for United Way not dumping them.

Before you kick up your heels, beware !
#1 BSA says it will honor the deal as long as it is kept secret.
   But if it is secret, then how do we pass the word to the gay community that
   Santa Clara BSA has agreed not to discriminate ?
   BSA says its not their problem.  They say they will only honor the deal as
   long as it is kept secret.

#2 This secret deal, still does not prevent National BSA from kicking you out.

I think we have been suckered.....
