UPDATE:  Virginians for Justice Postcard Campaign to Gov. Allen

Virginians for Justice postcard campaign to increase Governor
Allen's awareness of the support that exists for lesbian, gay and
bisexual Virginians continues to gain momentum.  As of Sept. 30 
more than 8,000 pink postcards have been distributed across the
state.

Those who send postcards are beginning to receive a form letter
response from the Governor's office.  The letter continues Gov.
Allen's anti-gay and lesbian stance.

VJ urges those who support constitutional rights for all Virginians
to:

    1. Send a pink postcard to the Governor.
    2. Convince your friends and family to do the same
    3. Ask your church or organization to include a postcard in
       a mass mailing.
    4. Take a stack of cards to any meeting that you may attend.

It is crucial that the Governor continue to hear from us well into the 
fall.
