URGENT UPDATE

The Congressional hearing on the mandate of the Dept. of Justice's Community
Relations Service, originally scheduled for Aug. 18, has been postponed. The
House Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights announced the
postponement today, due to House activity and voting on the stalled Crime
Bill. The hearing will be rescheduled following the Labor Day recess.
