     TEXAN EVANGELICAL SUPREMACIST DENY ACCESS TO GAYS 
              ON EVE OF GOP STATE P0W-WOW!

  While a number of other Log Cabin Republican club across this
nation have been working with Progressive Party Leaders sadly,
some rural political active Fundamentalists have a different
human rights agenda for gay women and men who had hoped to attend
their Texas GOP State Convention.
 
   Barbara Jackson, Executive Director of the Republican Party of
Texas, a highly visible public figure, has misjudged her duty to
office and obligation to serve all under the equality of access
laws of this great nation. She has judged, she has accused, she
has rejected the essence of the "Golden Rule." She, like other
religious extremists, have allowed intolerance to close the doors
to "Freedom from Religious Persecution."  Her actions demonstrate
that she openly judges and condemns while expecting not to be
judged or condemned herself. How unfortunate, how tragic and how
void of love, compassion, tolerance and understanding.

    We call upon those concerned and honestly caring citizens of
Texas and America to clear away the fallacious smoke screen and
realize that by catering to such an agenda they too eventually
may be denied their own personal freedoms. Their lives will be
open to the scrutiny of appointed inquisitors who will judge-
without process -what consenting adults do behind closed doors
not what they do as hard working, tax paying and loyal Americans
attending to the real social and financial needs of this nation.
