James Kennedy and others continue on their factually skewed rampage intentionally heightening the persecution of gay women and men. In a County where extremely conservative evangelical fundamentalists publicly pledge "One Nation Under God With Liberty and Justice for All," privately they bear false witness by preaching EXCEPT HOMOSEXUALS. Their misinformation is spread through vivid and elaborately published and filmed distortions cloaked by the alleged use of their tax-exempt status. While Buchanan echoes a number of long standing grass root issues which Americans relate to, he strays and causes strife and distrust for those citizens who fear that radical evangelical fundamentalism affords no room for individuals who are not molded in one particular religious set of beliefs espoused by mislead evangelical conversionists. Although Buchanan and Steve Forbes have highlighted a number of issues that are crucial to grass-roots America- calling for ethically credible and accountable good government- Buchanan parts with the leading candidates in his continued divisive and hostile skewed rhetoric against homosexuals. Florida Log Cabin Progressive Republicans are concerned about the revival and rebirth of such rhetoric so typical of Himmler and Rudolf Klar in Nazi Germany. We find the public language abusive, distorted, hypocritical and offensive and call upon all free loving Americans to reject this hysterical Inquisition for what it is. There is only one way to overcome this hate. We must all hold firmly to the belief in "Freedom of Religion" coupled with "Freedom from Religious Persecution."
