GAY PRIDE EVENT INFORMATION ON NEW YORK CITY / MAY 25, 1995

 June 18, 1995, 2pm to 6pm - The Rally at Union Square Park.
               Scheduled speakers include Karen Burstein, Wilson Cruz
               (of My So-Called Life) and Jane Spahr. Performers
               include the Nellie Olsens, Seriah Caroll and Bob Smith.

          June 25, 1995, 11am to 10:30pm - PrideFest '95 at Village
          Waterfront.*
               Includes over 200 lesbian and gay friendly vendors
               including community groups, Perspectives on Pride (an
               collection of five exhibits of lesbian and gay
               culture) and StageFest, 6 hours of pure queer
               entertainment.

          June 25, 1995, 12:00 Noon - The March
               The march is returning to Fifth Avenue starting at 52nd
               St going down to Washington Square Park, turning onto
               West 4th St to Christopher St. This year also marks the
               return of floats. The grand marshalls are the Hon.
               Karen Burstein, Rev. Zachary Jones and Olympic
               gold-medalist Greg Louganis.

          June 25, 1995, 4pm to 10:30pm - Dance 9 at the Village
          Waterfront.*
               The traditional Pride blowout which caps the weekend
               with the annual Lesbian and Gay Fireworks. Special
               Guest performer to be announced.
