Antonia's Line is a story about one woman's life and the people who are part of it. Included in the cast of characters is Antonia's daughter, Danielle, who falls in love with another woman. "Antonia's Line is a wonderful example of the inclusion of gay and lesbian images in entertainment," says Tamra King, GLAAD's Entertainment Media Director. "Danielle's sexuality is never an issue in the film. Her sexuality is never hidden, avoided, or ignored, but is treated just like all the other characters'."
