                         FOR ANTHOLOGY ON
                   BISEXUALITY AND QUEER THEORY

Co-editors: Greta Gaard, Donald Hall, Lila Hanft & Maria Pramaggiore

We are interested in *previously unpublished* scholarly articles on bisexu-
ality in relation to queer and feminist theories, politics, history and
criticism. Major sections of the anthology will focus on the following
areas: 1) Bisexual Politics--addressing the politics of bisexuality in rela-
tion to both straight and gay and lesbian groups and practices; 2) Bisexual
Theory--addressing how it complements and/or complicates queer and/or fem-
inist theories and scholarship; 3) History--concerned with bisexuality in
and across various historical periods, including, for example, the Freudian
notion of bisexuality and revisions; and 4) Bisexual culture--analyses of
how cultural products (literature, film, popular music, etc.) construct and/
or deconstruct cultural notions and practices of bisexuality.
