How to Make Updates to the QRD's List of LGB* Email Lists

* If an LGB* email list you run (or just know of) is not in the QRD's* 
list of lists, here is how to be listed:

Write a short (presumably <10K) file in ASCII which describes what the
list is for, how to subscribe, and who maintains the list.  (The
list-owner alias that some majordomos, etc., generate, is fine to use
as the list maintainer address).
Do NOT put information on how to post to the list.  When users
subscribe, they should get this information in the "Welcome to the
list" letter that the list's majordomo (listproc, listserv, etc.)
When you are finished writing this list descriptor file, mail it to
lol@qrd.org

* If a list no longer exists, but is in the QRD List of Lists, email
lol@qrd.org identifying the list and asking us to delete the QRD List
of Lists file for that list.

* If a file in the QRD List of Lists needs correction, copy the file
to your machine, make the correction, and email the whole file to
lol@qrd.org, asking that we replace the file in the List of Lists
(please say which file, by the way), with the file you're emailing us.
This is much more convenient than emailing us and /describing/ the
individual changes to make in the existing file.
