GLB People of Color, New York (GLBPoC New York) 
Purpose: The New York City "chapter" of the Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual (GLB) People of Color (POC) list. 

This list is for exchange of information of specific interest to variously homo-identified people of color in New York City and its regional environs (including northern New Jersey, southwestern Connecticut, and lower New York State). There are only three hard and fast rules. 

1) No complete articles or messages from others without the permission of the author or copyright holder. The list is archived and if copyrighted material is stored without permission you, the listowner (me), and the host (Topica.com) are placed at legal risk. If you read something of interest, send a brief quote (a paragraph or two) with your comments and a URL/citation for those who want to read further. 

2) No graphics of any kind -- porno to "Hello Kitty" -- even if you're the owner of the graphic or have permission from the copyright holder. The list is public, and not everyone wants to see "Muscle Studz in Action." Please trade personal graphics privately.

3) No posting of phone numbers, addresses, or directions to the home of anyone who is not you. Posting your own information is done at your own risk. Again, the list is public. Send such information privately.
