   GLB-DISCUSS is an open mailing list designed to complement GLB-NEWS
   and GLB-PRESS.  This list is for discussions of material posted to
   GLB-NEWS and GLB-PRESS only.

   Archives of GLB-DISCUSS are maintained on a weekly basis and are
   available to list subscribers.

   The GLB-DISCUSS mailing list is echoed locally to America Online;
   America Online members are encouraged to use "aol.lists.glb-press" to
   participate in the mailing list.

   To subscribe, send mail to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.AOL.COM with the command

        SUBSCRIBE GLB-DISCUSS your full name

   in the body of the message
