to advance the rights of transgender persons; maintains
a worldwide database of helping professionals, including

consultants to transgender persons, their attorneys and
therapists, and other persons interested in transsexualism
and cross-dressing; maintains the National Transgender
Library and Archive, which has produced a bibliography
on transgender issues.

anyone out there got info on HR 3467, the federal voucher bill,
disguised under the misleading title of the
"American Community Renewal Act"?  It is sponsored by
Reps. JC Watts (R-OK) and James Talent (R-MO) and would
set up a $200 million voucher system which could, according
to Americans United for Separation of Church and State,
grow to a set-aside of $5 billion within seven years, all this
for unregulated private and sectarian schools.

ANYONE KNOW THIS BILL'S STATUS IN CONGRESS?
