Contractors must have a demonstrated capacity to develop training calendars; promote HIV-related trainings; provide training registration, confirmation letters and certificates of attendance to all participants; deliver New York State approved training curricula and training of trainers programs; and provide training staff who are well informed and kept abreast of new HIV/AIDS-related developments. To support training initiatives, one contractor is sought with the demonstrated capacity to store, distribute and print training curricula.
